Every atom in our body is alive. It carries a consciousness of its own, it knows how to self-organize, self-regulate and heal any imbalance that manifests, and that is what we call the intelligence of nature.
This consciousness is present within all things, Everything is an expression of this infinite intelligence, a microcosm of the macrocosm. We are direct reflections of what is flowing all around us, as the universal force that is consciousness, the light of all things. We are created, as all other things in nature, from that infinite light of consciousness. The deeper we connect with this inner light, the deeper we connect with the light of all things, the deeper we understand that we are all one.

But if we are all one, why are human beings in so much pain? How are we made out of light, if we keep hurting ourselves and each other? This is because we have been deeply severed from the true light of our souls. We have been disconnected from spirit, which causes us to live in a state of constant lack, fear and disharmony.
In order to collectively create new earth, we must re-harmonize, we must re-cultivate what it means to be a soul having a human experience. We must reconnect, and it is only then that we will remember who we are.

I am a Certified Crystal Reiki master. Reiki is an ancient healing method founded by Mikao Usui in 19th century Japan. It is the process of channeling source energy to facilitate harmony in the body. Through the hand chakras, life force travels through blocked energies and clears all stagnancy, balancing and aligning the body's energy systems to create wellness on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.
Crystals are intelligent sentient beings, used for thousands of years across many civilizations, known to heal all types of ailments diseases and imbalances.
In my sessions, I utilize the combination of reiki and crystal energy to clear stagnant energy blockages and create harmonious flow through the chakras, leaving one feeling balanced, relaxed, rejuvenated and connected to source.
